Introduction

Welcome to Lumiotech Sentry (“Sentry”), a defense intelligence platform developed and operated by Lumiotech Private Limited (“Lumiotech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sentry, including any related websites, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Service Eligibility

Lumiotech Sentry Services are exclusively available to government entities and other organizations operating in sensitive or defense-related areas. Eligible organizations must be:

• Authorized law enforcement agencies
• Government security departments
• Certified defense contractors
• Verified military organizations

By accessing or using Sentry, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria set forth above and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

2. Verification Process

To maintain the security and integrity of Sentry, all organizations must undergo a stringent verification process before accessing our Services. This process includes, but is not limited to:

• Official documentation verification (e.g., government-issued credentials)
• Organization credentials validation (e.g., official letterheads, domain verifications)
• Security clearance checks in applicable jurisdictions
• Compliance verifications with relevant laws and regulations

Lumiotech reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke access to Sentry at any time based on the results of our verification procedures.

3. Usage Restrictions

All use of the Sentry platform must comply with:

• All applicable laws and regulations
• National security guidelines
• Data protection and privacy requirements
• Ethical usage policies as stipulated by Lumiotech and relevant authorities

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could harm or compromise security, or that violates any law, regulation, or the rights of others. Unauthorized or illegal use of the Services may result in immediate termination of access and/or legal action.

4. Security Requirements

Users of Sentry must adhere to strict security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure national security. Your organization is responsible for:

• Conducting regular security audits of your systems and infrastructure
• Implementing robust access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Establishing incident reporting procedures for security breaches
• Following all data handling and storage protocols outlined by Lumiotech and applicable law

Failure to comply with these security requirements may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionalities provided through the Services—including, but not limited to, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks—are owned or licensed by Lumiotech, unless otherwise stated. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without prior written authorization from Lumiotech.

6. Confidentiality

Given the sensitive nature of the Sentry platform, both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over any non-public information disclosed during the use or provision of the Services, including any data, findings, or reports generated through the platform. This obligation of confidentiality survives termination of these Terms.

7. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

If there are subscription fees or usage-based charges associated with your organization’s access to the Sentry platform, the specific payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement. Failure to pay any applicable fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

8. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may provide updates or enhancements to the Sentry platform to address security, functionality, or compliance requirements.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. Lumiotech may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or if your organization no longer meets the eligibility or verification requirements. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumiotech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lumiotech does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or produce particular results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Lumiotech, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. In no event shall Lumiotech's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumiotech, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or the features of the Services. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
